My cutting / charcuterie boards are made from some exotic woods. One thing to remember the side of a Charcuterie board is only meant for serving or display. If yours is a cutting / charcuterie board DO NOT cut on the charcuterie side. The other side is for the cutting. It is finished with a safe oil and wax coating that is food safe. Both sides are food safe but only one is for actually cutting. Another thing to remember is to clean the cutting board, and every 6 months or so give it a coat of Mineral Oil. Rub it in good, let it set a half hour and wipe of the excess. This will keep your cutting board like new for many years.

Also to note that all boards are unique. While different sizes are possible to special order. The woods used may vary. I will post pictures of them as they are made to show what can be done.
